Requesting data from the ANZFFR
Access to data collected by the ANZFFR is guided by the ANZFFR Data Access Policy.
Prior to any data application please contact the NZ FFR manager via email [email protected] to discuss your propped research question and read the below documents.
Applications for data are reviewed by the ANZFFR Data Management Committee (DMC) in the first instance.
ANZFFR DMC meetings for 2025 are scheduled for June and Sept. Please ensure you applications are in place at least 3 weeks before these dates.
ANZHFR Documents
The ANZFFR Data Dictionary and Patient Audit Form lists all active variables used in the Registry for the current year 1st July 2024-30th June 2025. As well as provides an explanation of what the variable represents. If you require earlier Data Dictionaries starting from July 2022 please request from the FFR Manager [email protected]

Please find below the ANZFFR Concordance Tables outlining changes to variables in previous years from 2022 to current. These documents include variables that are no longer active or collected by the registry.
